How this will work: The Bank will fund 100% of the crafters project. A list must be compiled listing all crafting characters that will be funded. This list along with the selected crafters must be approved by the Guild Leader & C-46.

This list will have the following: (1) Characters name. (2) Crafting specialties (i.e. Mithril Battleboots, Teragrace martial gloves, etc). (3) The percentage of crafting the crafter is currently at (i.e. 10%, 60%). (4) A listing of the materials needed to work on the specialized craft. (5) An estimate budget that will be needed to complete the crafting rank they are trying to achieve (i.e. 1.2 billion estimated to complete Mithril Battle gloves).

The C-46 and Guild Leader should review each project that has been presented for funding. Only one project may be funded at any given time. The project after review should now be voted upon for approval or denial.

The listing of approved crafters should be placed in a visible location where all Seireitei members can access. The listing should be kept up-to-date bi-weekly to show the progress that the crafter has achieved thus far.

After the crafter has achieved 100% of his ranking in his/her particular craft, repayment should be made on the allotted budget that was funded through the selling of the “Epic Gear” that was created or soon to be created by the crafter to bring the balance back into the position.

(If no then we will assist in getting a team to work with you if project is approved)

8. How much currency will it take to achieve that craft?

10. How long will it take to achieve this craft?

11. Has it been done and sold before?
(If so how much was it sold for?)

12. If accepted are you willing to oversee this project from beginning to end?(We will help you and please keep in mind that you are The “Head Researcher”, meaning you are responsible for providing weekly updates to C-46/caps/vc on progress and needs as well as managing your team to get the materials you will need now)

Qualifications to be approved for this process:

(1) The crafter who is trying to apply for this type of funding must use an account that is created by the GL or C-46.
(2) The crafter must be willing to share this account and all information pertaining to it with the GL and C-46.
(3) Must agree to all guidelines that have been delegated by the GL & C-46.
(4) Understand that repayment should be made within 2 months from completion of ranking. If re-payment can not be made within time allotted access to the account will be removed from crafter until re-payment is made.
(5) Agree to use the account to equip only guild members who have been approved by the GL & C-46.
